FIREFIGHTERS in Dawlish will be raising money for a charity close to their hearts this May.

The crew from Dawlish Fire Station will be raising money for The Fire Fighters Charity on Saturday, May 30.

The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist, lifelong support for members of the UK fire service.

Crew will be on hand at the town’s station off Oak Hill to wash cars from 10am.

Fire station’s across Teignbridge, including Bovey Tracey, Chagford and Newton Abbot have already held their annual car washes.

Teignmouth Fire Station’s car wash takes place on Saturday, April 25.
