EXTRA police patrols will be on duty in Teignmouth over the weekend of Teignmouth Air Show.
The Teignmouth and Dawlish police have reassured members of the public they will be on hand during the town’s spectacular weekend of events and warn ‘disruptive and anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated
On their Facebook page the towns’ police say: ‘We're looking forward to seeing everyone at the Teignmouth Airshow.
‘It is sure to be an exciting few days but when large groups of people gather it is always important to think of others around you.
‘We're going to have extra patrols throughout the weekend and we will be working alongside event security and volunteer marshals to ensure that everybody has a fun and safe time.
‘Disruptive and anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
‘Remember, if you are heading out to watch the live music performances tomorrow, under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the event arena, bag searches will be taking place on entry and only alcohol brought from the designated event bars is permitted within the licenced area of the arena.
