A NEWTON Abbot driver who failed to give information to police and had no insurance has been banned.
Adam Benjamin Luke Beesley, aged 38, of Flete Close, was found guilty of failing to provide police the information of the driver of a Ford Focus who was alleged to be guilty of an offence. He was fined £250 and given six penalty points.
Beesley was also found guilty of driving a BMW on the Penn Inn Roundabout at Newton Abbot without insurance and was banned for eight months
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court said the ‘Disqualification was obligatory due to repeat offending.’ He was also fined £250.
No separate penalty was imposed but he was found guilty of driving without a test certificate for the BMW.
