Down came the rain......again

Teignbridge experienced its second severe soaking in seven days as the rain came down again this weekend.

Flood warnings were issued for stretches for both the rivers Teign and Dart as torrential overnight rain once again caused many rivers to overflow their banks again.

As the day progressed the flood waters began to recede and roads became passable with care, although many water courses are still subject to flood alerts.
