A NEWTON Abbot community centre will be hosting a police surgery at the end of the month.

Members of the Newton Abbot Neighbourhood Team will be at the Buckland Centre on Tuesday, September 30.

Officers will be on hand from 10am until 12pm.

A spokesperson for the team said: ‘It is a chance for you to tell us about your concerns, to report crime and antisocial behaviour, and to ask about crime prevention advice and to ask about tips to keep yourself safe.

‘If you are unable to attend, please don’t forget you can report crime on our website.

‘Please be aware that although every effort will be made to attend this meeting, it may be cancelled without notice due to unplanned policing requirements on the day’.
