On the rib, that departs daily from Teignmouth, visitors spotted dolphins, gannets, seals and a variety of other sea birds.

But one unexpected guest was a curious fox, that had made its way down to the coast line. However it managed to steer well clear of the sleeping seals around the bay.

With the summer in full swing, the volume and diversity of wildlife in Teignbridge's waters is only set to increase. Rob, who has been working alongside the ocean all his life, established Devon Sea Safari a few years ago to share his passion for wildlife and the sea with others. Read more about his story here.

Rob's pictures are always a source of fascination for locals and visitors alike, giving an insight into a life that is often considered to be worlds apart but is, in fact, much closer to home than some would expect. Many of Rob's photos are taken just off Teignmouth, or along the coast in Torbay.
