DRIVERS heading southbound on the A38 can expect delays this morning, Monday, March 16, due to an accident.

One lane is closed and traffic is moving slowly following the accident, which was first reported at around 9.30am.

The accident is believed to have happened between Junction 31 of M5 and Telegraph Hill.

The extent of any injuries are not yet known.
