ORGANISERS of Dawlish Community Larder have thanked all their supporters and volunteers for their help over the last year.
Particularly in the run up to Christmas, community food projects are more important than ever.
A spokesman said: ‘A heartfelt thank you to our incredible volunteers.
‘As we come to the end of the year, we want to say the biggest thank you to every single one of our amazing volunteers at Dawlish Community Larder.
‘Your time, kindness, and dedication make a real difference to so many people in our community, week in and week out.
‘We simply couldn’t do this work without you – the Larder exists because of your commitment, compassion, and teamwork.
‘You don’t just help provide food, you help create dignity, warmth, and connection for our neighbours.
‘Thank you for everything you do.
‘Community food projects like ours become especially important at Christmas – demand often increases during the winter months, while donations and volunteering time can drop.
‘Your support at this time of year truly helps keep shelves stocked and doors open.’
