AN ASHBURTON woman has denied charges of speeding and failing to provide the identity of the driver of a car.
Kezia Pedley, 31, of Stonepark Crescent, pleaded not guilty to the charges before magistrates.
Pedley denied driving a vehicle, a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle a Honda Jazz, on May 7 2021 at Totnes on the A385 exceeding a speed of 30mph.
She also denied, on June 14 2021, at Crown hill, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Devon and Cornwall, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely Honda Jazz, alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The case was adjourned for trial until December 9.
