THE TRIAL of a Newton Abbot man accused of drink driving has been adjourned to provide him with a Romanian interpreter at his trial.
Titi Becheru, 43, of Penn Inn Close, is charged with driving on September 3 2021 while having a reading of 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
Magistrates adjourned the case until November 8 for a Romanian interpreter to attend the trial hearing.
Becheru has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
