A KINGSKERSWELL man has received a 10 week suspended prison sentence for an offence of fraud.

Matthew Jagla, 29, of Church Road, was convicted of the offence in January 2022.

A subsequent community order was considered unworkable.

Jagla admitted breaching the community requirement for unpaid work having failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the order and attend unpaid work or supervision.

Magistrates imposed a 10 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for the original offence.

New requirements also require Jagla to observe a curfew and electronic monitoring.
