A NEWTON Abbot man has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Adam Opie, 22, of Foxhollows, pleaded guilty to driving a Seat Ibiza on the M5 at Exeter on November 6 2021 without due care and attention.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £89 and ordered Opie to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
His licence was endorsed with six points.
