A NEWTON Abbot man has denied drink-driving.
James Walker, aged 41, of St Bartholomews Road, East Ogwell, is charged with driving a Suzuki Swift at Newton Abbot while over the limit. It is alleged a test revealed he had 324 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
The case was adjourned for a trial on March 24, 2023.
