A MAN has been fined for driving a car while using a mobile phone.
Aaron Hiscock, 42, of Fairpark Close, Chudleigh, admitted using the phone while driving on Alphington Road on August 17 2021.
He was fined £211 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and prosecution costs of £90.
Magistrates agreed not to disqualify him under the ‘totting up’ process due to personal circumstances.
