A NEWTON Abbot man has been fined for failing to give police information about the driver of a vehicle.

Willian Harrison, 20, of Applegarth Avenue, pleaded guilty to the offence at South and West Devon Magistrates Court. 

He was accuse of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi A3 on May 10. 

Harrison was fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim services charge of £140 and prosecution costs of £85. 

His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
