A TOWN Council is to consider a planning application for 142 homes at an upcoming meeting.
Chudleigh Town Council’s Planning Committee are set to meet on Wednesday, November 23, at 7pm to consider the application, which has been submitted by Wain Homes, for 142 residential dwellings in Chudleigh.
The hybrid application is seeking full planning permission to erect 142 homes on land behind the sports centre, near Old Kate Bridge.
Inaddition to the dwellings, which are Use Class C3, the application seeks permission for associated landscaping, open space, access, pedestrian bridge and infrastructure.
The application also seeks outline planning permission for eight self-build plots.
The meeting, which is to take place in the Woodway Room of Chudleigh Town Hall, is open to all members of the public and representatives from Wain Homes will be avaliable to answer any questions or queries.
