A TEIGNBRIDGE care home will be hosting a free event aimed at those who want to learn more about dementia.

Bishopsteignton Houses ‘Dementia Friends Information Session’ takes place in December.

It is a relaxed and friendly one-hour session is designed to help people gain a better understanding of what it’s like to live with dementia and explore the small ways we can all help create a more supportive, understanding community.

The event takes place from 2.30pm on December 18.

Set in a Grade II listed manor house, Bishopsteignton House is a part of the Rose Care Group and offers day care, respite, and permanent stays.
