A CAR was severely damaged after it caught fire in Kenn this afternoon, Friday.

Fire Control reports that one fire engine from Middlemoor Fire Station attended

A spokesperson said: ‘On arrival, crews confirmed this to be a single vehicle, well alight.

‘Crews extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus wearers, a compressed air foam jet and a thermal imaging camera.

‘The cause of he fire was accidental and the vehicle was severely damaged by fire, duty of care was left with the owner.’
