A FAMILY-RUN Teignbridge wedding venue has won a top regional industry award.
Brickhouse Vineyard at Mamhead clinched the title of regional South West winner Wedding Venue of the Year - barn category at The Wedding Industry Awards.
The south west winners were announced at an awards ceremony.
Brickhouse Vineyard owners Jo Pisco and Matt Szczepura said: ‘Entering TWIA was our chance to reflect on everything we pour into each wedding, the care, the detail, the connection with our couples.
‘To be recognised in such a competitive region is an incredible honour.
‘This award is a celebration of our whole team, our brilliant freelancers and suppliers, and every couple who trusted us with their day.
‘Their feedback means the world to us, and it motivates us to keep growing and making the Brickhouse experience even more special.’
Newton Abbot firm Yeti Film won the category of Videographer South West.
This year’s awards were judged using average voter scores and written feedback from couples married in the past 12 months, alongside the expertise of more than 160 industry judges.
In total, 26,747 votes were cast for 1,300 entrants, with 1,000 businesses progressing to the regional finals.
Damian Bailey, Founder of The Wedding Industry Awards, said: ‘TWIA is the most rigorous, respected and coveted awards in the UK wedding industry, so the regional winners really are at the top of their game.
‘The standards are incredibly high, but thanks to tens of thousands of client votes and our expert judging panel, the regional winners have risen to the top in an industry that demands the very best.’
Regional celebrations continue across the country throughout November, with all winners coming together at the National Final in Liverpool on January 21 2026.
