► I counted 20 people in the parking meter queue at lunchtime, that’s at least a 30 minute wait, if not longer, JUST to pay for parking.

Apparently ASDA customer services don’t care either, because my first reaction was to bring it to their attention in store. I won’t be visiting their store again, and I’m sure they’ll be loosing many regular customers at this rate.

I was reminded there is two parking machines in the car park. Sadly ASDA, you seem unaware that only 1 is currently working in the one car park! I phoned up PARKING EYE, and apparently you can’t speak to anyone, unless you already have a parking charge and a parking charge number to enter into the call, if not, no one cares! Goodbye!

► Well done ParkingEye, well done ASDA.

Won’t be returning anytime soon. My lunch breaks are way too precious then spending them queuing at your one working machine, with very unconcerned staff!

► Just boycott the bloody place!! As I’ve said before Nobody wants this grief just to go shopping. Go elsewhere

► I stopped shopping there when the meters were changed, there is so much choice in Newton abbot, the last thing you need is standing in line for a meter to put money in the pockets of an unscrupulous parking company.

I used to be in ASDA three or four times a week, not any more.

► Puts me off shopping at ASDA with their parking meters!

Need to make their minds up whether their using them or not

► Shame as lots of ppl not shopping there now because of it.

► I won’t shop there our Asda is free parking as all our other supermarkets

► 20p extra service charge? For what? Using your phone?

► Why can’t they use Ringo?? The rest of newton abbot uses it!

► So don’t go Asda if you just want a couple of items as it will cost you an extra £1.

► Cheapest way is to drive to Tesco instead.

► Sainsburys is free and so is Tesco
