AN Ashburton man who is accused of breaking a Restraining Order has been sent to the Crown Court.
Alexander Henderson, aged 41, of West Street, was charged with harassment by breaching a Restraining Order by attending a school once he was aware a named woman was present. He was prohibited from doing so by the Restraining Order imposed by Plymouth Magistrates Court.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court remanded him on conditional bail to appear before the Crown Court on August 21.
