TRAFFIC on the A38 near Telegraph Hill is at a standstill this afternoon, Wednesday, May 21, after a suspected collision.
The northern bound carriageway near Kennford is reportedly blocked following an incident involving a tractor and a motorbike just before the Marsh Barton turnoff.
Traffic is queuing and three lanes are closed due to the accident.
Emergency services are at the scene, the Mid-Devon Advertiser understands.
Devon and Cornwall Police’s Traffic Watch reads: ‘A38 Northbound blocked, queueing traffic due to accident, a tractor and a motorbike involved from A380 Telegraph Hill (Splatford Split) to M5 J31 (Okehampton turn off).’
