MAGISTRATES have fined a Newton Abbot man for driving without insurance, no licence and while unfit through drink.

Leon Janes, 21, of Balmoral Close, pleaded guilty to all three offences which took place on August 15 2021 at St Luke’s Road.

He was fined £320 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £3 and prosecution costs of £85.

Leon was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
